Terrence Hill, Gary, IN

Hill is the Precinct Committeeman of his local precinct in Gary Indiana, Eastern 13. He has lived in Gary for 49 years. He hopes that the upward trend in voter registration will continue to include more and more people.

Civic participation is very important to Hill and on Election Day he was inspired by all of the young people turning out to vote.

“You can say the word change, but change is doing something to make it happen,” says Hill. Hill thinks that all of us need to continue to stay engaged in the electoral process in the future.
